Surrey White Rock Ringette

Player Requirements:

Players registered in FUNdamentals to U19 must reside in either Surrey or White Rock to be on a SWRRA team.  Players who reside in these cities but would like to request to play with a different association are required to register with SWRRA and submit a Release Application no later than October 1 for the current season.  Contact the registrar for more details registrar@surreywhiterockringette.com

Early Registration discount in effect until June 30, Late registration fees July 1 + 

Uploads required during Registration (required every year):

• Before you Start Registration make sure that you have the following ready for upload
  • Player Birth Certificate 
  • Family Proof of residence (parent or guardian's driver's license, utility bill or residency letter signed by municipal authority)
  • Medical Form for Player (download fillable form here prior to registration so that you can upload it)
    • Medical Form for Player non-fillable (download form here)

Payment(s):

Payment options are online by credit card.

• Split Payments are set-up for most of the registration packages
• Volunteer and Uniform Deposit is set-up as a split package, if requirements not satisfied - final payment due 03/31/2024

PROMO codes that may apply to your family

Multi Child Promo code will be supplied to families that have more than one child to register - enter at checkout on your second / third + subsequent child's regular season registration

Waivers:

• Waivers required by Ringette BC or Surrey White Rock Ringette Association will display for signature during the registration process
  • Sign waivers by initialing box
    • Photo Release Waiver - Choose Consent or Do Not Consent

 

Registration Steps:

• Login into Ramp, if not already logged in
• Choose Package(s) that you are interested in / qualify for (discounts)
• Sign Waivers
• Upload Required Documents
• Input Promo Code if you have one to use
• Review Pricing Details - Total in pricing details is the amount you will pay today, any discounts that you may qualify for will be deducted from your July and August split payments
• Please Note: If you satisfy the volunteer requirement and return Uniform Jersey's by March 31, the Split payment(s) for those deposits will be cancelled
